Arenal Kayaks Tours on Lake Arenal, Costa Rica

You've been on a tour with Arenal Kayaks and were promised some photos. You even supplied an email address to receive them. But no photos!

Life can get pretty hectic here in the tropics and our intrepid photo guy is a known slacker and gets behind or completely forgets to package your photos and put them in the mail. In some cases, the email address is not sufficiently legible or a mistake or typo causes the address to bounce. In other cases, the little slip of post-it note gets misplaced.

The management here at Arenal Kayaks apologizes if you haven't received your kayaking photos on Lake Arenal. We encourage you to send us a note via email to info at arenalkayaks.com to request your photos. It's really that simple. Your photos are here on the hard drive somewhere. Please indicate the approximate date of your tour in your request to help us locate the photos and we'll get them sent out to you right away. Promise!

Our normal procedure now is to zip your photos and place the file on our web server for you to download at your convenience. A link to the file is sent to you when it's ready so all you need to do is enter that link into your browser and the download will begin. Typical file sizes are over 1Mb and some email servers choke on large attachments so this is our current method of delivering kayak tour photos.

We reduce the resolution of the photos to 640x480 to make the file size manageable for most people. If you would like full resolution of any or all of your photos send us an email requesting full-size images.

Arenal Kayaks appreciates your visit and we are happy to provide any and all decent photos that we have of your tour (some photos are filtered out for bad quality). Please contact us if you've not received them.
